The 肆 in 肆菓 stands for the four seasons, and also for a relaxed, unconventional way of doing things. 菓 means fruit, and also confection. Together they say what we set out to do: make handmade jam from fruit in its season, jam that people truly want to eat. We hope you pick up a jar to enjoy it, not just to photograph it.
