Welcome to 肆菓 Season Flavor, where you can shop handmade jams. By completing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
1. Orders and Payment
- All products are handmade in small batches, in limited quantities, while supplies last.
- We currently accept credit card (including Apple Pay), ATM virtual account, convenience store payment code and bank transfer. The methods actually available are those shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by ECPay and confirmed automatically once payment is complete.
- If you choose bank transfer, the remittance details will be shown after you place your order. Please complete the transfer within 3 days; we will update your order status once we confirm the deposit. For ATM virtual accounts and convenience store payment codes, please pay before the payment deadline. Orders left unpaid after the deadline are canceled automatically.
- Product prices and availability are as displayed on this website.
2. Shipping
We arrange shipment once we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Because our products are handmade, the actual shipping time depends on production and stock levels. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
3. No Cooling-Off Period for Food Products
Under Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and Article 2 of the Executive Yuan’s Standards for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales (both titles are unofficial translations), products that spoil easily or have a short shelf life are excluded from the seven-day cooling-off period.
Our jams are handmade food products. For reasons of food hygiene and safety, once an order has been placed, the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply and we do not offer no-reason returns or exchanges. Please read the product descriptions and food labeling carefully before you order.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Although the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply, if any of the following occurs, please take photos and contact us via Instagram or email within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we have verified the issue, we will resend the item or issue a refund:
- The product was damaged in transit.
- The product received does not match the items ordered.
- The product has an obvious defect or quality problem.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges where the issue is not a defect in the product itself, such as personal taste preference or a product that has already been opened and eaten.
5. Storage
Our jams contain no preservatives. Before opening, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and finish as soon as possible. For detailed shelf life and food labeling, please see each product page.
6. Intellectual Property
The text, images, brand identity and design of this website are the property of 肆菓 Season Flavor and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior consent.
