肆菓 Season Flavor begins with the fruit of the four seasons. The name says it: 肆 (sì) is the rhythm of the seasons turning, and 菓 (guǒ) means both fruit and confection. Together they describe what we do. We follow fruit as it comes into season, make it into handmade jam, and bring it to your everyday table.

Strawberries in spring, peaches in summer, kiwis in autumn: every season has its finest moment. We want you to taste the fruit as it really is: natural, balanced, and never overdone. Right now we offer Strawberry Jam (NT$150) and Mixed Berry Jam (NT$170), each handmade from seasonal Taiwanese fruit, with no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Every flavor is made in limited quantities, while supplies last, and you can order online through our website.
